Makerfield By-election Monitoring Survey 2026

Overview

Purpose: To assess accessibility in practice, with contractors and MHCLG staff observing interactions and environments during relevant activities. These observations will focus on behavioural indicators which may signal levels of comfort, confusion, or frustration. Contextual observations will also be made to capture how individuals respond to physical, or procedural aspects of service delivery, helping to identify barriers or enablers to accessible participation.
