Consultation on Proposals for Local Government Reorganisation in Nottinghamshire and Nottingham

Consultation on the proposal from Bassetlaw District Council, Gedling Borough Council, Mansfield District Council, Newark and Sherwood District Council for 2 unitary councils. 

1. Sherwood Forest: Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Gedling, Mansfield, and Newark and Sherwood 

2. Nottingham and South Nottinghamshire: Broxtowe, Nottingham, and Rushcliffe 

Consultation on the proposal from Nottingham City Council for 2 unitary councils:

1. Southwest: Nottingham, plus 15 wards from Broxtowe,15 wards from Gedling and 17 wards from Rushcliffe  

2. North and East: Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, plus 5 wards from Broxtowe, 4 wards from Gedling and 7 wards from Rushcliffe 

Consultation on the proposal from Nottinghamshire County Council and Rushcliffe Borough Council for 2 unitary councils

1. Nottingham City: Nottingham, Broxtowe, and Gedling 

2. Nottinghamshire: Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, and Rushcliffe
