East Hertfordshire District Council, Three Rivers District Council and Watford Borough Council

This is a proposal that is accompanied by a request that the Secretary of State considers boundary change or that affects wider public services. Consultation for 3 unitary councils:

  1. West: Dacorum, Three Rivers and Watford, plus 2 wards from Hertsmere 
  2. Central: Hertsmere less 2 wards, St Albans, and Welwyn Hatfield 
  3. Eastern: Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, North Hertfordshire and Stevenage
