Consultation on the proposal from Hertfordshire County Council and St Albans City and District Council

Consultation on 2 unitary councils:

  1. West: Dacorum, Hertsmere, St Albans, Three Rivers and Watford 
  2. Eastern: Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and Welwyn Hatfield
