Consultation on the proposal from Broxbourne Borough Council, Dacorum Borough Council, Hertsmere Borough Council, North Hertfordshire District Council, Stevenage Borough Council and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council

This is a proposal that is accompanied by a request that the Secretary of State considers boundary change or that affects wider public services.
