Consultation on the proposal from Cotswold District Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Stroud District Council, and Tewkesbury Borough Council

Consultation for 1 unitary council:

  1. Gloucestershire: Cheltenham, Cotswold, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Stroud, and Tewkesbury
