Consultation on the proposal from Cheltenham Borough Council

Consultation for 2 unitary councils:

  • East Gloucestershire: Cheltenham, Cotswold, and Tewkesbury  
  • West Gloucestershire: Forest of Dean, Gloucester and Stroud
