Consultation on the Proposal from Devon County Council.

Consultation for 3 unitary councils:

  • Devon Unitary Council: East Devon, Exeter, Mid Devon, North Devon, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torridge and West Devon 

  • Plymouth​ to remain unchanged 

  • Torbay ​to remain unchanged
