Signposting survey - DVLA

Overview

This voluntary survey is being conducted by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). It has been designed to collate user research to help us understand users’ attitudes, experience and comprehension of the Register to Vote signposting prompt from other government department services. This data will be used to inform MHCLG’s evaluation of signposting as an approach to improving voter registration.

The survey will ask questions related to the following:

  • The Register to Vote prompt
  • Satisfaction

The survey should take around 5 minutes to answer. There is a 'back' button to review previous answers and a 'first' button which allows you to go back to the first question in the survey. Please note that you must complete all mandatory questions on the page before using the 'first' or back' buttons. You can also save your answers and come back to them later.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

If you have any questions, please contact antonia.crawford@communities.gov.uk. We will endeavour to respond to all queries, but please be aware that our capacity may be limited. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
