MHCLG Domestic Abuse COVID-19 Emergency Fund - Final Report

Thank you for the work you are doing supporting victims of domestic abuse, and their children, through this difficult time.

As detailed within your grant agreements, you are required to report on your delivery on the outputs and outcomes for the grant funding period. For this purpose we ask that you respond to the questions in this survey.

We ask that all responses be submitted no later than 27 April.

Organisations in receipt of more than one grant are required to submit a separate report for each of the individual grant agreements.
