This survey is to give us insight into your thoughts and questions about the transition from Foundry to the new Share Homes for Ukraine data system.

For any technical issues, please access Jira and select the option for testing.

You can save and return to the survey at any point.

You can submit more than one response if needed.

Your data

We will store your data in a secure database on Citizen Space, the platform hosting this survey, for 1 year or less. Your data will be controlled by the user researchers in MHCLG's Homes for Ukraine project team and will not be shared outside this team.
